Some users have also reported that they received corrupted videos that showed scan lines on a black screen. These issues were thrown into the limelight as early as November 17, which was just a week after Microsoft launched the new app.

The user utilised a laptop with Windows 10 Pro and two with Windows 11 Pro and experienced the same glitch every time He also tested the glitch on different Apple devices like the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, Apple iPhone 11 Pro, and an iPad.
